1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Description

We provide software development services including but not limited to:

• Web application development
• Mobile application development
• Cloud solutions and deployment
• UI/UX design services
• DevOps and CI/CD implementation
• API development and integration

3. Project Scope and Deliverables

All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be clearly defined in individual project agreements. Any changes to the original scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require:

• 50% payment upon project commencement
• 50% payment upon project completion and delivery
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom-developed code, designs, and deliverables will become the property of the client. We retain the right to use general knowledge and methodologies gained during the project.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
